Typically, your credit limit is determined by evaluating your credit score and factors like:

• Debt-to-income ratio – the amount of debt you have in comparison to how much you earn.

• Credit history – how far back they can view your credit activity.

• Payment history ­– how reliable you are at paying back what you borrow on time.

• Credit usage – how much you’ve used from the credit you already have.

When you receive your card, you can activate it by calling the number on the sticker affixed to the front. Once your card is activated and you’ve received your PIN, you can begin using your card.

To add an additional user, you can call Collabria’s 24/7 Cardholder Service at 1-855-341-4643. They will then send a request form for you to fill in and submit.

You’ll have two options for additional users you can add:

• Joint cardholder – equally financially responsible for account transactions; their credit score will be considered when creating the account and the existence of the account is noted on their credit report.

• Authorized user – can charge on the account but can’t make any changes to it. You, as the account owner, are financially responsible for their transactions. Their credit score doesn’t impact the account and the account doesn’t impact their score.

Yes, you can consolidate other balances onto your Collabria credit card.

To make a balance transfer, simply call their 24/7 Cardholder Service at 1-855-341-4643. Make sure you have the billing and account information handy for the balances that you want to transfer.
