We've been busy building Beem! here's some changes and enhancements coming your way.

Your new digital experience arrives soon

Members will transition to Beem’s new online banking platform, mobile app, and website through a simple setup process. You'll receive clear instructions by mail and email to guide you every step of the way, but today we want to give you a heads up on what’s coming and where you can go for more information.

May 2025

Former Interior Savings members transition to the new Beem digital banking experience


June 2025

Former Gulf & Fraser and North Peace members transition to the new Beem digital banking experience, and Beem undergoes banking system merge

 

What can you do to prepare?

As a former Gulf & Fraser member, you’ll receive instructions on May 16 with everything you need to know about seamlessly transitioning to your new digital experience, including what you can do to prepare in advance.


Contact information

Your contact information (email and mobile phone number) must be up to date to ensure a smooth transition and your continued access to the new digital banking platform.

To check if your contact information is up to date, please log into your digital banking through your browser at gulfandfraser.com and navigate to Profile and Preferences -> Change Contact Information.

Under Change Contact Information, click each of the tick boxes for address, phone number, and email. This will open your existing information. You can then verify if the information is correct or if you need to make a change. If your information is correct no action is required. If it is not, please update your information in the applicable field(s).

What’s changing?

✓ A new digital home at beemcreditunion.ca on computer and mobile devices

✓ A new Beem mobile app will replace your Gulf & Fraser app

✓ A new Beem online banking experience will replace your Gulf & Fraser banking experience on desktop or laptop computer

✓ A first-time login process that that will simplify your future logins

✓ A modern, intuitive interface featuring Beem's vibrant brand identity

✓ Potential impacts to your member and account numbers

✓ Your e-Transfer profile, including history, contacts, and autodeposit registration will be lost

 

What’s staying the same?

✓ Your balances and recent transaction history transfer seamlessly

✓ All automatic payments and payroll deposits continue uninterrupted—no action is required from you

✓ Banking in-branch, at ATMs, and over the phone will not be affected. You’ll be able to continue banking with us any way you like

 

Banking system merge

From June 20 to 23, our former founding credit union banking systems will merge into a unified Beem banking system. During this period, your ability to bank will be significantly affected.
